360-Degree Marketing Plan
One of our very first projects was to bring this product to market. Working with a start-up really teste teh waters and broadened our abilities accross the board. We worked on a content marketing plan that was focused on increasing the awareness of the product. This happened while launching an e-commerce platform for the products and working with distributors and retailers to get the products on the stores’ shelves. In addition, we represented Crocodile Tears in the AAO show in 2014, Expo West 2015, and many other trade shows. One of the challenges we faced was to produce a 3D model of the character as a pre-production of 3D printing. We dug deep within our roots and started with a clay model of the character and later re-created it in Maya.
