How does the custom WordPress development hours work?
In the WordPress maintenance plans, we provide a set number of hours, depending on your plan. These hours can be used for any type of development.
If time exceeds the allotted time per month then additional development hours are billed at the end of the month and due no later than the 15th of the following month. All projects or jobs will be quoted for approval and assigned due date prior to being worked on.
On project work, we use a project tracking system in which the client has complete visibility to the WordPress development tasks and timelines. All work will be documented in a code doc and screenshots added for review. On enhancements that require staging, we will apply enhancements on the staging site for approval before going live.
