The presidential candidates created the worst political logos in 2016. look like they are having a terrible time with designing creative around their identities. It is almost comical in some situations. I am not often a design critic, but with all the cliché themes, you would think for the most influential people in America would have some style sense, but then again they probably have a poor intern who is either working for free or making literally nothing, making these decisions for them.
Below is our pick of the worst political logos in 2016:
Ben Carson’s logo = Confusion
The logo reads Carson Merica. Yes, it is an A in the middle. However, at least make the wording a clear “A” without the weird strips above. On black, this analysis hits home. The name Carson is also a tacky beige that should be the focal point.
I wonder if he has sniffed too many brains in his lifetime.
Heal + Inspire + Revive
Did America get damaged and do we need a Doctor. This tagline may work for a be good for a fitness blog, but I just do not get it.
Hillary Clinton’s = I need a hospital.
I do not know about this one. I think ER when I see it. Let’s face it, she needs one right now.
For all the changing in direction, I think this idea should be explored even further with the typeface below.
I like them better when the Clinton’s smoked but did not inhale because someone was definitely not high creating this.
