How does the custom development hours work and how can they be applied to my WooCommerce website.
We offer blocks of time as custom development hours that can be added to any plan. These hours can be used for any development. If the time exceeds the current block of time, all additional development hours are billed at the end of the month and due no later than the 15th of the following month. All projects or jobs will be quoted for approval and assigned due date.
On project work, we use a project tracking system in which the client has complete visibility to the tasks and timelines. All work will be documented in a code doc and screenshots added for review. On enhancements that require staging, we will apply enhancements on the staging site for approval before going live.
